Though Doris may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Doris touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her son Clay Dickerson; and her siblings, Carl Dawson and Marlene Gordon. She is survived by: her husband Clayton Dickerson; her child Merle Dickerson (Connie); her siblings, Judy Rose and Beverly Colston; and her grandchildren, Tammy Logan, Tonya Sheppard and Anthony Dickerson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Neidhard-Minges Funeral Home (10385 New Haven Rd, Harrison, OH 45030). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
