She is survived by: her husband Stanley Hajduk; her son Wesley Reed (Kim); her sister Jacquelyn Forsythe; her cousins, Connie Mertz, Shary Weldy (Walt), Craig Wiley, Christy Sipe, John Moeschle and Eric Swank; her nieces, Tammy Cassidy and Tiffany Murgatroyd (Scott); her cousins, Mike (Kelly Jo), Jon (Melanie), Scott, Josh and Joe; and her friends, Nicole Angeles, Angelo, Monica, Cassie Bultman, Donna Hughes, Tom Wharton, Carol Faulkner, Kellye Washington, Steve Wright, Taryn Hughes, Sandy Hughes, Tara, Larry, Sherry Cline and Sharon Mabry.
