He is survived by: his wife Anna Smith; his father Dr. Robert Smith; his mother-in-law Elizabeth Smith; his sisters, Pam Heintz (Joe) and Annette Sommer (Richard); his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Eck (Jerry), Kim Combs and Earl Smith (Angee); his stepson Bradley Alcorn (Jeanna); and his grandchildren, Makayla Greenway, Zachary Greenway, Colten Alcorn and Rylee Alcorn.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Brookville Church of the Nazarene (11511 Upper Lewisburg Salem Rd, Brookville, OH 45309). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
