He is survived by: his wife Amy Jewsikow (Binkley); his sons, Brenden, Logan and Jayce; his parents, Victor Jewsikow and Judy Jewsikow of Brookville; his brother Mark (Amy Jewsikow) of Springboro; his nephews, Brian and Jason; his cousin Ronald (Holly Jewsikow); Ron Jewsikow (Huiyun).
