She was predeceased by: her grandparents, George and Lennie Hall (Sue); her son Carson Martindale; her parents, James Francis and Melanie Francis; and her brother Darrell Francis.
She is survived by: her nephew DeAuco Francis; her aunt Georgene Dawson Price (Homer); and her close friend Twana Griffith Faykus of Houston, Texas.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Margaret's Episcopal Church (5301 Free Pike, Trotwood, OH 45426). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Dayton Contemporary Dance Company in honor of Renee and the lasting joy that dance brought to her life.
