He is survived by: his mother Kathy Hamilton (Chris Hamilton); his children, Alicia Holtzclaw, MacKenzie Holtzclaw, Joseph Holtzclaw, Peyton Holtzclaw, Charlie Holtzclaw and Justin Holtzclaw; his siblings, Jason Holtzclaw (Emily Holtzclaw), Nate Holtzclaw (Megan Holtzclaw), Susan Prather and Sarah Hamilton; his grandmother Nancy Caprario (Art Caprario); and his father Dan Holtzclaw. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and other beloved family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Moore Family Funeral Home - Batavia (225 Spring St, Batavia, OH 45103). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
