He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Elliott, and Daniel R. Elliott, Sr.; his sister Debrah; and his son Tim. He is survived by: his children, Dan III of Lyndhurst, Peter (Julia Liebster) of Charlotte, N. C. and Maggie Martin (Dann) of Nashville; his granddaughter Lilly Martin of Nashville; his devoted Mayhew; and his cousins, Wendy Kephart (Roger), Kathy Marks (Gary), Kim Blackey (Chet), Tina Hrbek (Ed) and Beth Fiscus (Karl). He is also survived by his former wives; and many friends.
