He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy; his children, Melani Polk (Kevin), Matthew Polk (Devin Keudell), Amy Soranno (Chris) and Brian Schultz (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Sydney Polk, Alexa, Cole Soranno, Addison and Keegan Schultz.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Congregation Mishkan Or (26000 Shaker Blvd, Shaker Heights, OH 44122).

Friday following service until 5:00PM, Saturday evening at 6:00PM-9:00PM, Sunday at 1:00PM-4:00PM and 7:00PM-9:00PM, Monday at 1:00PM-5:00PM and 7:00PM-9:00PM, Friends who wish may contribute to the Sidney M. & Harriet A.
