He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wallach and Marianne Wallach. He is survived by: his daughters, Paige Elyse Collier (Brent) and Leah Sara Shawlson (Lucas); his granddaughter Naomi; and his sisters, Susan Ernstoff (Brian) and Gwen Green (Steven).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice or to a local animal rescue organization in memory of David's love for his dog, Baron.
