She was predeceased by: her husband Thaddeus P. Witkowski; and her siblings, Gladys Cantwell, William Ives, Rosemary Bodecker and Irene Markum.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Rindfleisch (Richard), Paul Witkowski, David Witkowski (late Anita) and Annette Witkowski; and her grandson David Anthony Witkowski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
