He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Abrams and Betty Abrams. He is survived by: his brothers, Ian Abrams (Gloria) and Brian Abrams; his nieces and nephews, Jodi Miller (John), Jill Abrams, Greg Abrams (Hallie) and Shaw Abrams (Ally); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dylan, Taylor, Bailey, Reed, Joey, Maggie, Jake, Drew and Cole; Paige and Rebecca.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Howard's memory to New Avenues to Independence.
