He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Toby; his children, Marissa (Daniel Sartori) and Zachary (Anne Rosenblatt); his parents, Bayle Schaffer and Gerald Schaffer; his siblings, Jean Ory (Dan) and Cynthia Minkovitz (Jeff); his sister-in-law Sherry Goren (Michael); his in-laws, Fay and Jack Rotberg; his grandchildren, Gogo, Miriam, Jacob, Henry and Audrey; and his cousin Gogi.
