She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Dr. Ronald Posner; her children, David (Elisabeth Sapell) and Laura Dim (Jeff); her grandchildren, Max Posner (Jordan), Jamie Posner (Taegen Carr), Casey Posner, Alison Porter (Jason), Brandon Dim (Kenzie), Joshua Raiffe, Sarah Raiffe and Samantha Raiffe; and her great grandchild Madelyn.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel (1985 S Taylor Rd, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118).
