He is survived by: his children, Cathy Lynn Kleinbart, Craig David Kleinbart and Lauren Beth Gurvitz (Eric); his granddaughters, Jessica Anne Gurvitz and Abigail Brooke Gurvitz; and his sisters, Gail Greene (Stan) and Elaine Liebesman (Peter).
