He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Shafron and Harry Shafron; and his sister Shirley Pasternak (late Harold). He is survived by: his wife Maude; his children, Steve (Edie), David (Debbie) and Karen Ellis (David); and his grandchildren, Aaron, Ethan, Ellie, Daniel, Andy, Lily, Avery and Michael.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Congregation Mishkan Or (26000 Shaker Blvd, Shaker Heights, OH 44122).
