She is survived by: her husband Jerry Polster; her children, Daryl Polster "Leann", Myron Polster "Robin" and Laura Lyons; her granddaughters, Emma Kate Martin and Carrie Tackett "Jason"; and her great grandchild Braxton Tackett.
