She was predeceased by: her parents, Barnet Kaslow and Bessie Kaslow; her husband Jack Walsh; her daughter Robin Aikele; and her siblings, Hyman, Stewie, Murray, Henrietta, Gertrude, Lenore, Rosylyn and Harriet.
She is survived by: her son Richard Walsh (Rosemarie); and her son-in-law Phil Aikele. She is also survived by grandchildren; and five treasured great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Phyllis's memory to City of Hope or Deborah Hospital Foundation.
