Paul Moore).
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel (1985 S Taylor Rd, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Zion Memorial Park (5461 Northfield Rd, Bedford Heights, OH 44146).
