He was predeceased by: his parents, Donna Petti and Frank Kovarik; and his daughter Amber Kovarik. He is survived by: his sons, Aaron, Sam and Jared Kovarik; his grandson Asher Kovarik; his significant other Tina Stapleton; and his siblings, Nikki Glick and Craig Petti (Marla).
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel (1985 S Taylor Rd, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118). A committal service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the All Souls Cemetery (10366 Chardon Rd, Chardon, OH 44024).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Scot's memory to American Cancer Society.
