He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willie Lee and MayBell Horn; his siblings, James (Barbara), JW, Dorothy (late Johnny), Charlie (late Regina), John, Betty, Donald, Candy, Vincent Horn (Nerissa), Leon Horn, Carrie and Terry; and his cousin Cleve Horn. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Life Celebration Center (3556 W 130th St, Cleveland, OH 44111). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the West Park Cemetery (3942 Ridge Rd, Cleveland, OH 44144).
