He is survived by: his daughter Amelia Mansfield (Sara); his grandchild Marlo Mansfield; and his siblings, Angelo Costanzo, Rody Costanzo (Bernadette), Orlando Costanzo (Beverly), Rose and Josephine.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Craciun Berry Funeral Home (7200 Detroit Ave, Cleveland, OH 44102). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church (6928 Detroit Ave, Cleveland, OH 44102).
