He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlo Costanzo and Giovanna DiSiena Costanzo; and his brother Raffaele Costanzo. He is survived by: his daughters, Alyssa Chojnacki (Phillip Jr.) and Andrea Kathman (Raleigh); his grandson Oliver Chojnacki; his siblings, Maddalena Costanzo (late Stanley) and Francesco Costanzo; and his partner Rossanna Reyna.
