She was predeceased by: her husband Todd; her parents, James Adkins and Mary Catherine Ferrari; her grandmother Patricia Milhollan; and her sibling Russell Adkins.
She is survived by: her brother Chuck (Tammy); and her nieces, Tabatha, Francine and Charlene Adkins.
