She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Freeman and Livonia Parker; her siblings, Leary Bell Parker, Livonia "Jean" Bass and Jerry M. Parker; and her children, Douglas Parker and Norma Jean Parker.
She is survived by: her siblings, Maxcine Garrison, Mary Alice Land and Robert Parker; her sister-in-law Mary Elaine Parker; and her children, Eugene "Snookie" Parker and Darlene Parker. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Slone & Co. (13115 Lorain Ave, Cleveland, OH 44111). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
