He was predeceased by: his spouse Sandy; his parents, Natale and Josephine; and his siblings, Anthony (Viola), Sarah, Nick (Lucille), Leo (Dorothy), Joseph (Barbara) and Natale. He is also survived by many goddaughters and godsons.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Carmen to The ALS Association or to Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.
