He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wetherbee and Nora Wetherbee (Swartz); his daughter Tracy Platz; and his siblings, Harrison, Ed, Billy, Ralph, Johnny, Carl, Larry, Pauline, Margie, Marion and Mable.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Wetherbee; his children, Cheri Caplinger (Robert) and William Wetherbee; his grandchildren, Christi Caplinger, R. J. Caplinger, Patty Wetherbee and William Wetherbee, Jr.; his great grandchild Rayanna Caplinger; and his mother-in-law Mary Pierce.
