She is survived by: her children, Michele Barker (Richard), Michael O'Sullivan (Monica) and Daniel O'Sullivan (Patricia); her grandchildren, Amber Allen (Jeff), Tara Farmer, Aaron Allshouse, Jarrett O'Sullivan, Brianna Walls (Nick), Kylie O'Sullivan, Sean O'Sullivan and Bryce O'Sullivan; her great grandchildren, Adam Harris and Anna Davis; and her sisters, Cindy Hnat and Karen Lemley.

Memorial donations may be made to a local animal shelter or rescue organization in honor of Cheryl's beloved cat, Alex.
