Cora Lee Williams Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2025, at the age of 88, Cora Lee Williams of Cleveland, Ohio, born in Canton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Yancey and Alice Hatley; her husband Elmer Williams; and her siblings, Frank, Melvin, Jimmy, Eva and Gwendolyn.
She is survived by: her stepchild Bobbie Jo (Mike); her daughter Linda (Tommy); her stepchildren, Thelma, Osupa and Sonia; and her sisters, Yolanda Hatley, Caroline Hatley, Norma Jean Backie and Katherine Phifer (Jack). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (4341 E 131st St, Garfield Heights, OH 44105).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in her honor to the Alzheimer's Association.
