She is survived by: her nephews, David (Gina Horwitz), Lauren Horwitz, Joseph Lettrich of Pennsylvania, Dominic (Isabelle Lettrich) and Aviella Horwitz of Florida; and her friends, Kathie Filkins of Leesburg and Marcia Miner of Cleveland.
