He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Hayes (Moore); his children, Daveda Hawkins (Mitchell) of Cleveland and Donnie Hayes, Jr. of Cleveland; his sisters, Shirley Crane, Yvonne C. McGee and Brenda Poe; his grandchildren, Malik Hayes, Sherria Black, Kamron Cunningham and Paris Cunningham; and his great grandchildren, Penelope Roper, Kaliyah Cunningham and Kamari Cunningham. He is also survived by his family, friends.
