He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Adams; his sons, Douglas Orin Skaggs and Jacob Gregory Skaggs; his grandchildren, Elina and Manny; his mother Karen Skaggs; his siblings, Tammy Thompson (Terry), Joseph Skaggs and Durisnel "Bubba" Borrero; his nieces and nephews, Brett (Holly), Terry, Rachel and Tera; his brother-in-law Brian Akers; his mother-in-law Susan Akers; and his sister-in-law Tricia Gracie-Lykins (Aziz).
Visitation was held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Busch Funeral Home (4334 Pearl Rd, Cleveland, OH 44109). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Follow Funeral Services.
