He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Falkowski and Alexander Falkowski; and his siblings, Helen Kennedy (Earl), Jean Gurchensky (Frank), Bill (Charlotte) and Benjamin.
He is survived by: his friend Edward "Eddie" Charles Falkowski; and his brother Joseph Cho. He is also survived by many godchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tomon Funeral Home (4772 Pearl Rd, Cleveland, OH 44109). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Cantius Catholic Church (906 College Ave, Cleveland, OH 44113). A burial will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at the Holy Cross Cemetery (14609 Brookpark Rd, Brook Park, OH 44142).
