He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Black and Jannie Black. He is survived by: his wife Fannie Mae Black of Euclid, Ohio; and his children, Eugene Black Jr. (Dee) of Euclid, Ohio, Maxine Tunstall (Jerry) of University Heights, Ohio, Belinda Black of Euclid, Ohio and Monica Boone (Kenneth) of Euclid, Ohio. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 22 great-great grandchildren.
