She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Bonner and Jesse Ruth Bonner; her siblings, Robert Jr., Cleo, Etta, Cora and Colbert; and her nephew Gregory Bonner.

She is survived by: her son Moreno Miller II; and her sibling's children, Deborah Hopkins, Roy Hopkins (Belinda), Noble Hopkins, Ronald Brown, Kimberly Millner, Joseph Evans and George 'Jack Shelton III. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
