With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fernando Perez (Cleveland, Ohio), who passed away on April 14, 2024 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Luis Perez and Georgina Lopez; his wife Maria Perez; his children, Fernando Perez Jr., Vanessa Perez, Luisa Maria Perez and Dorothy Perez; his grandchildren, Fernando, Nathaniel, Hassan Jr., Ayannah, Daesha, Alexander, Anthony Jayden, Dwayne M. Shy Jr. and Dwayne M. Shy III; his siblings, Noemi, David, Jose Luis and Noel Perez; and his nieces and nephews, Sarai, Valerie, Jose Luis Jr., Jessica, Yahaira, Alejandro, Waldemar, Rebecca and Javid Perez.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Life Celebration Center (3556 W 130th St, Cleveland, OH 44111). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
