It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frances Culkin (Cleveland, Ohio), who passed away on December 5, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis Culkin (Frank); and her parents, Katie Koplan and Stan Koplan. She is survived by: her siblings, Catherine McCutcheon (Ron) and Stanley Koplan (Jean); her siblings-in-law, Jack Culkin (Chloe), Patrick Culkin (Kathleen) and Thomas Culkin (Melody); and her close friend Debbie Meek Shumney.

Due to Covid we kindly require all attendees wear a mask.
