It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Horvath (Cleveland, Ohio), who passed away on December 7, 2025, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond and Hazel; his wife Melissa; his children, Lauren, Frank, Jr. (Melissa), Fallon and Leo; his grandchild Freya; and his siblings, Kim, Venetia, Stephanie, Kirk and Erica.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Life Celebration Center (3556 W 130th St, Cleveland, OH 44111). A prayer will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Slone & Co Life Celebration Center (3556 W 130th St, Cleveland, OH 44111).
