Frank Poppe Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frank Poppe of Cleveland, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 28, 2025 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Frank may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cheryl; his children, Shannon Poppe Zaruba (Zachary), Katelyn Poppe and Mallory Poppe; and his brother Robert Bob'Poppe.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church (4260 Rocky River Dr, Cleveland, OH 44135). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, we ask for any donation to support Katelyn and Mallory's college expenses.
