He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bishop George Roddy Sr. and Lucille Roddy; his children, George Roddy III (Trina Roddy), Sherman Roddy (Tisha Roddy), Marcus Roddy (Donea Roddy), Adrian Roddy and Geraldine Hare; his grandchildren, George Allan Whitfield IV, Samuel Lamar Whitfield, Morgan Donna Roddy, Megan Dawn Roddy and Madison Danarose Roddy; and his great grandchild Kahli Garrett. He was also cherished by relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Strawbridge Memorial Chapel (3934 Lee Rd, Cleveland, OH 44128). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at the Cleveland Memorial Gardens (4324 Green Rd, Cleveland, OH 44128).
