He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Mintz and Sam Mintz; and his wife Linda Mintz. He is survived by: his sons, Howard Mintz (Lisa) and Craig Mintz (Becky Green) of Gaithersburg Maryland; and his grandchildren, Daryen, Cameron, Alex, Arin Mintz and Zachary Green.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Berkowitz Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel (1985 S Taylor Rd, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118). A reception will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sherri Park (2111 Acacia Park Dr, Lyndhurst, OH 44124).
