She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Green and Barbara Green; her siblings, Mosses Green, Jaleela Smedley and Jamella Ghafoor; and her sons, Robert James Barnes, Jr. and Douglas Barnes.
She is survived by: her children, Khalid Bari, Fred Whitley (Mary) and Cheryl Barnes. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren, and a host of other family members and friends.
