With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Iam Imus Bey (Cleveland, Ohio), who passed away on May 10, 2026 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Deborah Chapman and Leonard Freeman Bey; and his brother Leonard Bey II. He is survived by: his children, Natrell M. Lewis, Iam C. Bey, Ian C. Bey and Naya N. Scipio (Elton Holifield Jr); his grandchild Harlow J. Holifield; the mother of his children Nicole L. Scipio; his father-in-law Michael E. Scipio; his sister Joy Tovar; his nephew Leonard B. Bey II; and his niece Mona Lisa Tovar. He is also survived by his sons' best friend and his daughters' first love and best friend.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 12:30 PM.
