He is survived by: his sister Delores "Dee" Hayes (Melvin) of Wadsworth; his sibling's children, Michael Hayes (Dana) of Canton, Mark Hayes of Columbus and Melodee Kirkpatrick (Gary) of Newark; and his close friends, Robert Snock and DeeDee Gilpen. He is also survived by many great nephews and nieces and several cousins.
