It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janelle Phillips of Cleveland, Ohio, born in Jonesborough, Tennessee, who passed away on May 10, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Phillips; and her son James D Phillips Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Shafts (late Jack), Annette Dylong (David) and Melinda Moran (Dexter); her grandchildren, Dawn Helgert Fleming, Amanda Borowski (Greg), Dexter Moran Jr. (Sandy), Damien, Colin Fleming, Evelynn and Aria Borowski; and her sister Linda Church (Victor).
