He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Cheryl Cochran (Randall Slaughter); his grandson Miles Cochran; his parents, Earline Andrey and Kenneth Andrey; his siblings, Linda Whelan (Patrick) and Tracey Medley (Jeff); and his nieces and nephews, Madisen and Austen Medley.

Jeff spent time in Peru helping to build an orphanage and frequently donated to organizations to help others in need.
