It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan M. Andrews of Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on June 7, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James; and her brothers, Edward (Patricia), Joseph (Evelyn), Don (Jeanan), Raymond (Janice) and Neil.
She is survived by: her children, Anne, James (Brigid), Katherine Grega (Robert), Joseph and Ellen Ponisciak (Stephen); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Emily Weithman, Elizabeth Boyer (Mark), James (Libby), Mary (Rick), Angela Andrews, Claire, Joseph, Nicholas Grega, Martin and Patrick Ponisciak; her great grandchildren, Hazel Fox, Connor and Madeline Boyer; her sister-in-law Katherine Andrews; her cousin Margaret Keenan; and her close friends, Maureen and Bob Hess.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Home of Cleveland (4420 Rocky River Dr, Cleveland, OH 44135). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Angela Merici Church (20970 Lorain Rd, Fairview Park, OH 44126).
