He was predeceased by: his parents, John P "Jack" Mulligam and Ardythe Mader Beaudry Mulligan; and his siblings, Kathleen Leone Mulligan and James Patrick Mulligan. He is survived by: his friend Ken Jones; and his siblings, Mary Mulligan of Uniontown, Marge Stoia (John) of Bolivar, Mike Mulligan (Michelle) of Paris, Eileen Mulligan of Uniontown and Nancy Helaney (John) of Canton. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews and eight great nieces and nephews.
