It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Michael Capek Sr. (Cleveland, Ohio), who passed away on March 8, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Sr. and Laverne; his brothers, Daniel Jr. and Philip; his uncles, Walter and Henry; and his aunt Carol "Sue".

He is survived by: his sister Amy; his son John Jr. (Tina); his grandchildren, Christina, Bethany, Adrianna, John III and Billie; his great grandchild Noah; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Jeffery Sr., Constantine, Adam Sr., Kevin and Kyle; his great-nephews, Todd, Austin, Trevor, Adam Jr. and Jeffery Jr.; and also Thomas.
