She is survived by : her son Gregrory Carson; her daughter-in-law Dorniece; her daughter Cathy Carson; her grandchildren, Quichell Shineka Drake (Paxton), Shantil (Dont'e), Denico Carson (Ni'co) and Kaniethea Janee Keith (Larry); and her siblings, Mattie Hill, Shirley Smith, Marcia Evans, Karen Evans and Randolph Evans (Carolyn).

Viewing was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Boyd Funeral Home - 89th Street (2165 E 89th St, Cleveland, OH 44106). A wake was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Inner-City Missionary Baptist Church (1643 E 55th St, Cleveland, OH 44103). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at the Cleveland Memorial Gardens (4324 Green Rd, Highland Hills, OH 44122).
