She was predeceased by: her parents, L. B. Burns and Laura Burns; her husband Nathaniel McDaniel of Jehovah's Witnesses; her son Micheal; and her siblings, Thomas Burns, George Burns, Leon Burns and Essie Bea Burns Luten.
She is survived by: her son Michael; her nieces, Alecia Henderson, Terra Burns, Deborah Williams and Arlene Hill; her nephew Thomas Luten; her sisters-in-law, Diane Burns and Lou Burns; and her extended family, Patricia Thompson, Robert, Anita Barnes, Roosevelt "Danny" Barnes, Sherri Weaver, Victor, Tammy Barnett, Molly Morrow and Brenda Foster. She is also survived by other family members, spiritual brothers and sisters.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tribute Calhoun Funeral Home (23000 Rockside Rd, Bedford Heights, OH 44146). A memorial gathering was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Woodland Congregation (3900 Central Ave, Cleveland, OH 44115). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at the Cleveland Memorial Gardens (4324 Green Rd, Cleveland, OH 44128).
